We process payments in Cash, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, UBL, HBL, and an external payments platform that allows you to process transactions with a variety of payment methods. Funds from sales will be deposited into your respective account.

Here are some common questions about selling

How do fees work?

Joining and starting a shop is free. There are following basic selling fees: zero rupees for listing fee, a transaction fee of 5%, delivery fee (in some cases its free delivery depending on the vendor and offer), and a payment processing fee in case of card based transaction. No processing fee for Cash on Delivery, not yet.

It costs Rs 0 to publish a listing to the marketplace. A listing lasts for 3 months or until the item is sold. Once an item sells, there is a 5% transaction fee on the sale price (excluding shipping costs). If you accept payments with card (credit/debit) there is also a payment processing fee based on their fee structure.

Fees are billed in Pakistani Rupees (and USD in some cases), so if your bank’s currency is different, the amount may differ based on changes in the exchange rate.

What do I need to do to create a shop?

It’s easy to set up a shop. Create a vendor account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency (PKR), choose a shop name, take pictures and add products/pricing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid), and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your fees.

How do I get paid?

Mostly it is JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or straight to you via Cash Delivery. If you accept payments with card or bank account, funds may be transferred, and sales will be deposited into your account. Please contact us. We encourage sellers to use a Cash, or EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. Also note that personal accounts may be subject to monthly receiving limits and may not accept payments from buyers that are funded by a credit card.

What do I need to open a shop?

You need NADRA National ID Card (NIC). Credit or debit card is not required to create a shop. Just register with your NADRA NIC Card to be verified as a seller. You have the choice to use to register via PayPal. You will not incur any charges until you open your shop and publish your products.

Buyer and Seller Protection

Buyer and Seller protection is applicable as per Pakistani Law. Please note alladitta.com is not responsible for any wrong doings.
According to “Consumer Laws” a consumer should go to district consumer court:
  • If illegal, fake, bad quality and expired products are being sold in the market;
  • If receipt is not being provided by the shopkeeper;
  • If rate list is not displayed;
  • If the consumer has any complaint against the warranty of any product he has purchased;
  • If manufacturing date, expiry date and ingredients are not mentioned over packing;
  • If any product is being sold through false advertisement;
  • If the consumer has experienced bad service by any govt. or private organization/individual;
  • and If there is an absence of a clear policy regarding the purchasing and returning of product.
